About the Journal

The Journal of Shariah Management and Mosque Studies (JSMS) is a peer-reviewed, open-access scholarly journal published by Masjid AJAR (Yayasan Ajar Juara Indonesia) four times a year (January, April, July, and October). JSMS focuses on advancing research in the fields of shariah-based management and mosque studies, covering themes such as mosque governance, Islamic leadership, shariah-compliant organizational management, community-based education, and social innovation centered on mosques. The journal accepts original research articles, literature reviews, and conceptual papers in both English and Indonesian, aiming to provide an interdisciplinary academic platform that fosters critical inquiry, scholarly innovation, and meaningful contributions to Muslim communities.
